Where We Deliver

Beh & Yo ships nationwide across Malaysia — covering Peninsular Malaysia as well as Sabah and Sarawak — through our appointed courier partners.

Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping simple and transparent, charged by the weight of your order:

• First 3 kg — RM6.50
• Each additional 1 kg — +RM1.50 (rounded up to the next whole kilogram)

How We Calculate Weight

Shipping is based on your order's chargeable weight — whichever is higher between the order's actual weight and its volumetric (dimensional) weight. This is standard courier practice for light but bulky parcels.

Volumetric Weight Formula

Volumetric weight (kg) = Length × Width × Height (in cm) ÷ 5000

For example, a box measuring 40 × 30 × 20 cm has a volumetric weight of 4.8 kg. If its actual weight is only 2 kg, shipping is calculated based on the higher figure of 4.8 kg.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Peninsular Malaysia — 2 to 4 working days
• Sabah & Sarawak — 3 to 7 working days

Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout. Beh & Yo cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, or by courier delays outside our control.
