How to Order?

Step 1 Choose your products

Choose your favorite item in the product category.

You also can use the products search button to search for your product.

Step 2 Add item

Press the “Add to Cart” button when you are confirming with your order.

Step 3 Payment

Once finished selecting your item, click the trolley button to process your payment. You can change the quantity or
     reselect your item.

After that, please fill in your detail in the order form.

Step 4 Payment Process

Follow the payment instruction, bank detail that provided.
Step 5 Remind

Once receive your email or order, we will straight away process inform you regarding your shipping date.

We require full payment from customers for online purchases. Our payment methods include

  • Direct bank transfer  to our bank account

Delivery Policy
We provide delivery services , please fill in & select correct shipping information.  We aim to fulfill each delivery within 10 working days. Kindly arrange a suitable delivery time with our customer service consultant for any special requirements. We also welcome all walk in customers to our office:

Prices and Availability Subject to Change Without Notice.
Due to the large numbers of items and parts listed on our website occasionally an error in pricing may occur and in certain circumstances we may not be to honor the prices shown. Should this happen and the actual price is lower than the price posted we will automatically process your order. If the actual is higher than what is shown we will contact you prior to processing your order for approval. While every effort is made to maintain stock some items may be in the back order or become discontinued from the manufacturer. Return Policy
Beh & Yo Trading Sdn Bhd strictly practices No-Cash refund policy and therefore all refunds will be processed in the form of store credit.
 
Purchased the wrong item:
Non-refunable once item is delivered.
Kindly refer double check the item to ensure that you are purchasing the right item for the right job.
 
Damaged upon delivery:
Our procedures by our QA/QC team before distribution to our customers. If the item arrived damaged, kindly email enquiries@behnyo.com within 30 days upon receipt of item.

 
How to return an item?
Via Postage:
All returns via postage will be borne by the buyer.
Prior to mailing item back to Beh & Yo Trading Sdn Bhd, please contact us for a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) which Beh & Yo Trading Sdn Bhd will obtain for you. We require photographic evidence of the item at its original location and condition. Failing to provide us with the fore-mentioned photos will result in a non-compliance to Beh & Yo Trading Sdn Bhd's return policy and therefore will be deemed void and null. We kindly seek your cooperation to avoid any disputes for all related parties.
 
Via Our Headquarters:
We welcome our customers to bring the defective item to our headquarters for immediate inspection. We will conduct a thorough examination, as required in our operation procedure before any replacement items can be sent out.
